I LOVE the autumn season here in NY! To me, that means cool, crisp days warmed by some of my seasonal favorite recipes! Greetings from an Autumn Wonderland here in NY. It is now September and the temperature is dropping! Last night it was in the 40s, and the air is crisp and nippy just begging for me to make my favorite fall recipes! Cool temperatures, crunchy leaves, and this Hearty, Healthy Vegetarian Bean Chili is what defines the autumn season for me here in NY! Heats you up from the inside out. WOW! What a busy week it has been! Meetings, appointments, and special events have left my evenings with little time to put together a delicious, healthy meal. GOOD news! You don’t need a ton of time to make these Sesame Noodles with Fresh Vegetables! In just a few minutes, and by combining just a few ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry, you can throw this together! I love how light and flavorful the sauce is.
