DIY Bread and Butter Pickles Recipe

These Bread and Butter Pickles are the perfect sweet and tangy pickles!The crispy cuke slices pair perfectly with the spices and flavors in the jar!

DIY Bread and Butter Pickle Recipe

MMMMMMM…. pickles.  I love just about any kind, but I have to say that at the top of my list are my DIY Horseradish Pickles and these DIY Bread and Butter Pickles!  With springtime in full force,  grilling and outdoor living are JUST around the corner! I am so excited to have a big batch of these pickles on hand to bring to picnics and BBQ’s.  These pickles are crunchy, sweet, and tart which makes them perfect for a snack or a side dish. Who can eat a whole jar in one sitting they are SO good?  This ‘gal! They are made from all natural ingredients and not laden with preservatives like the store-bought kinds are. DIY Natural Reed Diffuser

In order to breathe clean and healthy air, I created the PERFECT recipe for my very own DIY Natural Reed Diffuser. It took minutes to make.

 

Ahhhhhh, sweet smelling air……  As a dog owner, I am always conscious about having my house smell clean and fresh.  The problem is, the majority of commercial air fresheners are laden with synthetic chemicals, probable carcinogens, and fake scents.  HOW TERRIFYING AND GROSS!   In order to breathe clean and healthy air, I created the PERFECT recipe for my very own DIY Natural Reed Diffuser.  It took minutes to make.  I reused an old vase for the container. Breathing has never been so nice!  (more…)

Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts

The taste of these Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts is impressive,and little effort is needed to make them. These sprouts can be a side dish or a main meal.Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts might be one of my FAVORITE dishes I make using my homemade maple syrup!

I am a maple syrup LOVER!  I try to find as many ways as I can to use the maple syrup I make right in my own backyard!  Using it on roasted sprouts is the perfect pairing for the slightly bitter, or earthy, taste of the Brussels.  When roasted, the sprouts become tender and the leaves that separate, turn crunchy.  These sweet babies melt right in your mouth. I can eat an entire bowl of these sprouts in one sitting.   (more…)
