ONE OF THE GREATEST SMOOTHES EVER!  

Smoothies are all the rage these days. There are not many better than this one! Whether you drink it for a healthy breakfast, a SUPERCHARGED protein pre/post workout shake, or just a darn good snack, this smoothie will pack a punch full of nutrients and vitamins.  6 ingredients are needed to make it.     Gluten Free. 

Health Benefits:

Apple=Antioxidants

Coconut Milk= Medium-Chain Fatty Acids (the good ones)

Banana = Potassium

Almond Butter= Protein

Ingredients Needed:

One banana  (you can use a frozen one too)

1/2 of an Apple

2/3 cup Coconut Milk (The best to use is Native Forest Organic LIGHT coconut milk)

One tablespoon of Almond Butternf_cmilk

One teaspoon of Honey

~5-6 Ice cubes

Here’s What You Do:

Blend all ingredients together in a Ninja Single Serve Cup or a regular blender until smooth.  ENJOY THE BEST SMOOTHIE EVER!
